Use Of The Site.

KeoGeo provides educational content and browser-based engineering tools. You may use them for your personal and professional work. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer or re-host the tools or course materials without written permission.

Engineering Disclaimer.

KeoGeo tools are calculation aids, not engineering advice. Outputs must be independently checked and verified by a suitably qualified and experienced engineer before being relied on for any design, construction or safety decision. While each tool ships with verification examples benchmarked against published solutions, you remain solely responsible for confirming that a tool, its assumptions and its results are appropriate for your project. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KeoGeo accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from use of the tools or content on this site.

Accounts.

Some tools require a free sign-in. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, or use automated bulk access.

Donations And Payments.

Paid desktop tools (currently QGIS Agent Flow and the InSAR Ground Motion Viewer, A$50 each) are one-off purchases tied to the KeoGeo account you are signed in with. A purchase lets you download the tool again at any time from its page, including new versions, for as long as KeoGeo offers it. If a paid tool does not work for you, email hello@keogeo.io within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. Statutory consumer rights, including those under the Australian Consumer Law, are not affected.

KeoGeo Pro is a monthly subscription (A$20 per month, charged by Stripe on the day you subscribe and on the same date each month) tied to the KeoGeo account you are signed in with. While it is active it unlocks the batch processor in the calculation tools. The first successful payment on an account also grants a single A$50 credit, which can be applied while the subscription is active to one paid desktop tool; the tool then counts as a one-off purchase under the paragraph above (lifetime re-download, no cash value, not transferable, one credit per account regardless of how many times you subscribe). The 14-day refund does not apply to a tool obtained with the credit. You can cancel at any time from the Pro page (Manage subscription); access continues until the end of the period already paid for, and no further charges are made. Part-month periods are not refunded. If a payment fails, access continues for a short retry period and then lapses until the card is updated. Prices include GST where it applies. We may change the subscription price with at least 30 days' notice by email, effective from your next renewal.

All content, branding, course material and tools on this site — including BHPile — are the intellectual property of KeoGeo and its author. All rights reserved.

Changes.

We may update these terms and the site's features from time to time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
