The web tools stay free for one calculation at a time. Pro is for the days you have forty piles, a dozen footing sizes or a sensitivity sweep to get through: every calculation tool gains a Batch Processor that takes a CSV of cases, runs each one through the same code as the on-screen calculator, and hands back a results CSV — inputs, outputs and any errors, one row per case.
Pro includes QGIS Easy Agent, the hosted AI assistant for QGIS — no model setup and no separate subscription. Pro also comes with a one-time A$50 credit: spend it on either paid desktop download — QGIS Agent Flow or the InSAR Ground Motion Viewer — and that tool is yours for good, with lifetime re-download and updates, whatever you later decide about the subscription. The credit is granted with your first payment and can be used while Pro is active; the other tool stays A$50 one-off.
Open any calculation tool, expand Batch processor under the header, and download a CSV template. Its columns are exactly the tool's inputs, pre-filled with the values on screen.
One row per case, in Excel or anything that saves CSV. Leave a cell blank to keep the on-screen value. Drop-down inputs accept the option text or value.
Load the file, press Run. Each row is applied to the calculator in turn and every result is captured. The results CSV has your inputs, every output and a status column.
Batch processing is available in BHPile, KeoBear, KeoConsol, KeoWall, LPileWeb, Soil Reactivity, WorkPlat, HoekBrown, RSW-R57. The data-driven tools (KeoCPT, AGS Report Studio, Regression Studio, Photos to GIS) already work on whole files, so they have no batch mode.
Yes. Press Manage subscription on this page to cancel, change card or download invoices. Access continues until the end of the month you have paid for, then the account returns to the free tier — nothing is deleted. There are no pro-rata refunds for a part month.
Your account receives one A$50 credit the moment your first Pro payment goes through. Open the QGIS Agent Flow or InSAR Viewer page while subscribed and the button reads Use your A$50 Pro credit — press it and the tool is purchased for you at no charge, exactly like a paid one-off purchase (lifetime re-download, new versions included). It is one credit per account, ever: cancelling and re-subscribing does not create another, and if you cancel before using it the credit waits until you subscribe again.
Yes — the batch processor drives the same calculator you see on screen, so the results are identical to typing each case by hand. Rows that the tool refuses (for example a layer profile that is not increasing in depth) come back with the error message in the status column rather than a number.
